Wilshire Finance Partners is seeking highly qualified loan officers with 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate lending. Experiencewith private money lending is strongly desired.
At Wilshire, our Loan Officers call on perspective clients and develop relationships for loan opportunities and trust deed investments. As part of their responsibilities, Loan Officers evaluate and make recommendations for approval of client loan requests and develop and participate in sales and marketing campaigns, presentations, seminars and other community affairs representing Wilshire.
Ideal candidates will have excellent sales and marketing skills and entrepreneurial energy. They will demonstrate strong initiative,independence, ethics and a willingness to assume responsibility.
A California Real Estate License in good standing is required.
