High Yield Income

by Wilshire Finance Partners

High yield income refers to returns from an investment that are far higher than the norm. The Return on Investment, or ROI, is the annual ratio of money gained or lost (realized or unrealized) on an investment relative to the amount of money invested expressed as a percentage. Yield refers to a percentage measuring the cash return of any investment. High Yield Income with higher returns always come with a greater degree of risk, so proper levels of due diligence are called for during the initial investment period.
